Scale of the organization

Reporting Requirements for Disclosure 102-7

The reporting organization shall report the following information

Scale of the organization. »

i. total number of employees; ii. total number of operations; iii. net sales (for private sector organizations) or net revenues (for public sector organizations); iv. total capitalization (for private sector organizations) broken down in terms of debt and equity; v. quantity of products or services provided.
